All intellectual property rights of this website belong to THE COMPANY. In any case, any copying, modification, distribution, resale, creation of derivative works, or misleading the public regarding the actual provider of the content of this website is prohibited. Any reproduction, upload, announcement, republication, dissemination, transmission, or any other use of the content by any means or for commercial or other purposes is forbidden unless THE COMPANY provides written consent.

2. Limitation of Liability

THE COMPANY is not responsible for defects or poor quality of the products supplied to customers. All products are received packaged from suppliers. However, if a defective product is proven to be found in delivered quantities, you have the right to return it with the possibility of replacement at our shipping expense or a refund. THE COMPANY is not responsible for organized hacker attacks aimed at stealing users’ personal information, though in such cases, credit card users are protected since credit card information is not stored on our e-shop. THE COMPANY is also not responsible for any damages that may occur to customers due to the non-fulfillment of an order. Furthermore, the online store reserves the right regarding delivery times in cases of force majeure or when ordered goods are unavailable from the supplier. In these cases, the store ensures timely notification. THE COMPANY cannot guarantee product availability but ensures timely updates to consumers regarding unavailability. THE COMPANY is not liable for any claims of any kind for potential damages, direct or indirect, to website visitors or third parties resulting from the operation or use of this website or the inability to provide products or information, or unauthorized third-party interventions.

3. Product Prices

The prices listed in the catalogs next to each product include VAT (6%). These prices apply to quantities available in our warehouse, and THE COMPANY reserves the right to adjust prices. For certain areas of Greece with reduced VAT rates, product prices are lower according to the reduced VAT of the area.

4. Modification of Terms

THE COMPANY reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions of transactions.

5. Governing Law – Jurisdiction

Transactions conducted through THE COMPANY are governed by the principles of Greek consumer protection law and EU law for e-commerce. For any disputes arising from transactions on this website, the competent authority is the local courts.

6. Payment Methods

a) Bank Transfer:
By choosing this payment method, you can execute a bank transfer (information provided automatically at the time of purchase). The customer bears the bank’s transaction fee. When making a deposit, the following must be stated:
In the “Reason for Payment” field, include the full name and order number (for online orders).
Note: Orders are shipped only after payment is received, a process taking 2-5 business days depending on the bank.

b) Card Payment:
The payment will be charged directly to the customer’s credit card. The customer completes the form provided by our partner bank to make a purchase. This form requires credit card number, expiration date, and other relevant information. The information is transmitted securely to the bank’s website. THE COMPANY will not store any such information and is not responsible for misuse by third parties.

c) Cash on Delivery:
Payment is made in cash upon delivery. COD Fee: €4.

7. Shipping Methods

Via ELTA Courier:
GREECE: €3 up to 1kg, €4 up to 2kg, €5.5 for 3kg and above.
Orders over €80 have FREE shipping.

8. Return Policy – Withdrawal

If you wish to return products purchased online, they must be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery, at the customer’s expense. Products must be returned intact, in their packaging, unopened and unassembled. Non-compliant returns will be sent back at the customer’s cost. Returns must be accompanied by the purchase receipt. If conditions are met, refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the time the company is notified of the withdrawal.

Personal data can be permanently deleted upon request. By submitting information to the server, you agree it is accurate and lawful. Data (Name, Email, Phone) is stored to process orders and inform customers of new offers or product arrivals.
